them  speak in his own language.   And they were all  amazed  and
marveled,  saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which

wherein we were born?  Par’thi-ans, and Medes, and E’lamites, and
the dwelllers in Mesopota’mi-a, and in Judea, and Cappado’cia, in
Ontus,  and Asis,  Phyrig’i-a,  and Pamphyl’i-a, in Egypt, and in
the parts of Libya about Cyre’ne, and strangers of Rome, Jews and
proselytes,  Cretes  and arabians,  we do hear them speak in  our
tongues the wonderful workd of God.”

Acts  2:38  “Then Peter said unto them,  Repent,  and be baptized
every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of
sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
